MSA Tutoring Program

This year, the MSA will provide individual and group tutoring sessions for Muslim students both in high school and students enrolled at University of Utah.  We have a wide range of subjects at a no cost to the student in need of assistance. Tutoring is very flexible, however, there are strict guidelines that must be followed (see below).  In addition, depending on the availability of the tutor you select, appointments may be set for any time between 8:00am-5:00pm, and of course, tutoring is to take place in a public setting.  For additional information visit the MSA website or simply email us at msauu@yahoo.com.

Policies: Only three policies!

  • Before any tutoring session begins, student must contact the tutors.
  • All tutoring must be in public setting (Library, Masjid, etc).
  • We are individually accountable for our actions. The MSA is not accountable for what is said or done in tutoring sessions. The MSA is a firm believer in the shari’a. If you are tutoring someone of opposite gender make sure it meets the shari’ah criteria (witnesses and open setting).
